How Does it work?
After an interview with a representative of the group and an initial registration, we will engage with the client with whom you wish to work
We will draw a services to establish the parties relationship and will then prepare your personal contracting reflecting the compensation stated in the serices agreement (minus our fee)
You will report your days\hours to us and we will periodically bill the cleint(s) and pay your your slalry by direct deposit after taxs and social benefits
You will receive from us an employee paystub, we will make deposit to your pension as an employee and you will enjoy all employees benefits accordion to labor laws including maternity leave and unemployment (in case of termination and with the normal unemployment accreditation rules)
Unlike other Payroll companies, all the the company workers are considered salaried employees for all intents and purposes with all Israeli authorities including National Insurance
In order to guaranty the employee’s status, only candidates who fit the criteria set for us by ITA can join the company. Therefore we make sure to have a personal call and meeting with anyone who contacts us and reserve the right to decline to provide the employment solution.
